Our terms of employment are flexible. We offer staff regular shifts, flexible working
hours and a dynamic working environment with room to move.

One of team started as a casual cleaner and within six months has started training as
a medical technician.

Another one of our nurses after two years with us was headed hunted to head up a
leading medical practice and doubled her salary.

Some of our nurses work for a us for a few months whilst saving to travel to travel to
provide remote nursing services through the red cross or aboriginal community health authorities.
